Dream Collective makes every effort to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. 

The use of certain Dream Collective features requires that you supply personal information like your name and e-mail address. We use this information to send you our e-mail newsletter or to contact you when necessary. You may opt-out of receiving mailings at any time.

SECURITY POLICY

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

Our host, Shopify, is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify, including Dream Collective.

REPAIRS

We will make reasonable repairs on items up to 1 year after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact info@dreamcollective.com and we will issue you a repair number and return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Dream Collective reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after items are received. We will charge a 25% restocking fee after 7 days. All sale items and custom items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be given.

To make a return or exchange, please email info@dreamcollective.com, and we will issue a return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.

Dream Collective reserves the right to deny unreasonable repair, returns and exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The cutomer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.

International orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order during normal business hours.

If you would like to ship internationally, and your country is not available, you can place an order by emailing info@dreamcollective.com. Please provide your postal code so we can calculate shipping costs.
